Shipping policy
BrightCandlesCo will process your order from the date that payment is received. Please be advised that this may take up to 3 days. All candles are made to order so please allow 3-5 business days for this to be posted after payment is received.
BrightCandlesCo currently uses Australia Post and you will be sent a tracking number once the package is dispatched.
Please note that some Australia Post deliveries might be delayed due to Covid-19. Please allow delays due to this, as this is beyond our control.
BrightCandlesCo currently has the following shipping rates:
- Flat Rate Standard Shipping of $10 for orders up to $49.
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $49.
- Express Shipping of $15 for orders up to $80.
- Express Shipping of $20 for orders over $80.
Ensure your address and contact details are accurate while placing your order. BrightCandlesCo cannot be held responsible if the product is undelivered or delivered to an incorrect address due to an error in the provided information.
